Winter is slowly leaving and Spring weather and Spring showers are making their way in. Tucker is at an age that he really enjoys playing outside more than last year. With Spring showers comes what? I think we all have those old video tapes stored away in boxes that we are telling ourselves “I swear I am going to have that VHS put on a DVD”, yet time passes and we don’t get it done. Why? Maybe money is an issue. Time? Who knows why we take so long to get something preserved that is so precious to us, but today is a whole new day.
I had a very special opportunity to work with ScanDigital to have a VHS tape that I have of my 14 year old daughter, in to a DVD that will last a whole lot longer than a VHS tape can last. I have had this tape of “K” and have added on footage of her ultrasound from when I was pregnant with her, the day she was born, and so many years of precious memories that were captured on VHS. My process with ScanDigital was so fast, so easy and I am truly amazed by their customer service and speedy work!

I travel quite a bit. Yes, I am a stay at home mom, but I admit it. I am addicted to traveling. My friend, Laurie, thinks that I have ADD. I am not going to deny or confirm that. We live in a modern world with technologyALL around us. I, myself, am a mega technology nut. Most of us have Bluetooth on our cell phones, don’t we? What about a cell phone with picture taking capabilities? I think that is pretty much standard on cell phones these days. When I take a picture on my cell phone, I sometimes email it to myself at home so that I can have, but how cool would it be to be able to print those pictures when you are out and about? Now you can!
With the very compact Polaroid PoGo, you are able to take it with you, keep it in a pocket, carry it in a purse or bag and print your images on the go! I love how compact the PoGo is. Not only are they actual pictures that you print, the backing on the images peel off for some sticker fun! I have a few pictures that were taken from my cell phone, that I have added on to my mirror in my bathroom, on my laptop and yes – my son wears them on his shirt. He loves them as well.

Art time is so much fun in our house! Tucker colors, has Playdoh, markers, color books and more, but up until now, we have been coloring at the table bar in the kitchen. It has worked for us, but we needed something that was more of an ‘art center’ and a fun place for the kids to go to and be able to have access to all of their crayons, markers, paints, etc. With the Creative Projects Table, the kids can sit in their own ‘studio’ and make projects, color and have their own fun without mommy having to push the colors out of the way to make dinner.

I cannot tell you how many hours a day Tucker is at the Creative Projects Table. Countless, that’s for sure! Since Kambry is just 13 months old, she tends to want the things in her mouth that she doesn’t need to be playing with. With the high storage area on the table, Tucker can keep the crayons and markers out of her reach, yet still be able to reach them himself. The storage areas that are on each side of the table are amazing! In the picture of the Create Projects Table, I don’t think that the compartments look like they hold as much as they do, but they sure do! We have stencils, color books, box of crayons and so much more. Easy to reach and there is a place for everything. We have this table in our dining room and it fits very nicely! It is in there so that I can keep an eye on the kids while they play and they still have their ‘area’ to color at. Another neat thing about the Creative Projects Table is that you can move the top storage compartment to accomodate one child, or two. It can be moved back more for a one child use, or moved in the middle so that two kids can use the table at once.
How easy is it to assemble?
It is VERY easy to assemble! I put it together the second we got it. I want to say that it took me about 30-45 minutes to assemble. This was in between a toddler and baby hanging on me, so I think that time was pretty good.
How do I think the durability is?
As I took all the pieces out of the box, I was questioning how sturdy and durable that the table would be. As I was putting it together, I was excited to see how sturdy the table was becoming. I have a very active 3 ½ year old and a 13 month old that is starting to climb on things and the Creative Projects Table is holding up very nicely! I am very impressed and excited to see that.
Do I think the Creative Projects Table is worth the money?
YES! I would highly recommend this for any parent to have!
From a mom’s stand point, I think the price of this table is VERY reasonable and I have recommended this to a few mommy friends as well as for some family.
I can definitely see why the Creative Projects Table was the Winner for the National Parenting Center Seal of Approval!

My kids love interactive toys and I love having toys in my home that they can get more than just a couple of hours use from. What child doesn’t love Tigger and Pooh? We all grew up with these fun characters and I love that my kids can have the same fun with them that I did growing up. Having a little girl in the house, my first thought was “I can’t wait to paint her nails and toenails!” Yes, I am easily amused. 
While I love the look of polished tiny toes, I do wonder about the safeness of having her toes painted. This is when I came across Piggy Paint. 
Winter is slowly leaving and Spring weather and Spring showers are making their way in. Tucker is at an age that he really enjoys playing outside more than last year. With Spring showers comes what?
